All new employees will be given training as per in-house approved laydown procedure with respect to induction training, On-job training, Retraining, External Training.
- On-job training to be identified on routine basis by fulfilment of training matrix.
- Retraining identification followed by assessment shall be maintained at the time of joining and extent of training to be explored throughout employee service cycle as applicable.
- External training shall be conducted as per the pre requisites of current regulatory norms as well as in-house identification.
- In-house training sessions shall undergo by oral/presentation/table discussion etc.
